My student had fever/vomiting/diarrhea yesterday, can they return to school?
No, students must be fever/vomit/diarrhea-free for 24 hours WITHOUT the administration of medications.

Can I send my student with medication?
No, any medication must be sent in it's original container along with a completed and signed Medication Release Form. For all long term(more than 10 days) daily medications, the prescribing physician  must complete and sign Medication Release Form. 
This campus does not keep stock medications. 


Can my student carry their own medication?

No, any medication must be left with the nurse. Only exceptions are rescue medications such as diabetic supplies, inhalers, EpiPens, and Diastat.

Phone Calls

Parents please remind your students they must go through the nurses office if they are ill at school. Do not allow them to call or text you during school hours or it will be an unexcused absence. 

Immunizations

Liberty Hill Independent Schools must adhere to vaccination guidelines put forth by the state. State guidelines can be found on the left hand side of the page.
